Questions, answered
Who is this for?+
Susu groups, welfare associations, cooperatives, church and staff contribution pools, and small lenders in Ghana who pool money and lend it out at a monthly rate.
Do I need a card to start the free trial?+
No. Request a workspace, and once we approve it you get every feature free for the whole trial. You only pay if you decide to continue.
What happens when the trial ends?+
If you haven't picked a plan, your workspace becomes read-only: you can still sign in, view and download everything, but you can't record anything new. Nothing is deleted.
How do we pay?+
From Settings → Billing inside your workspace, by card or mobile money through Paystack, monthly or yearly.
Can we get a refund?+
No. Payments are non-refundable, so use the free trial to make sure the platform fits your group before you subscribe. See our Terms of Service.
Can prices change?+
Yes, but never by surprise: once you have paid, we tell you about a price or subscription change at least 3 months before it takes effect, and a period you've already paid for never changes.
Can we bring our existing records?+
Yes. We can migrate your existing Excel records when your workspace is set up, so your balances carry over.
Is our data private?+
Every workspace has its own separate database and file storage, with daily backups. Only the people you invite can sign in, plus platform administrators when they provide support (see our Privacy Policy).
